Today’s most important task is pruning in our vineyards. The first cut I always do myself — it’s the most important one, because it sets the tone for the whole season and the quality to come.
After that, the team gets to work on the next steps: removing last year’s one-year shoots and canes, and cleaning the vines to prepare them for healthy spring growth.
And the best part? We’re not doing it alone. Friends have joined us from all over the world — Gauti (from Iceland… or is it Greenland? 😄) and our very own Giuseppe “Verdi”.
If you feel like getting your hands a little dirty and sharing a real vineyard day with us — come and help! 🍇✂️😁
